Dena’s work will be up for October and November. \nArtist Bio: \nDena Hengst is a Massachusetts painter with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Art from Anna Maria College. A former public school art teacher for 15 years\, she has exhibited in solo and juried shows including the Fitchburg Regional Exhibition of Art at the Fitchburg Art Museum and the Northeastern Regional Fine Arts Exhibition. \nArtist Statement — The Shape of Things: \nThis series of abstract paintings reflects how I see and respond to the world around me.
