Gallery Sitka^® in Newport, RI

The Newport Artist Collective’s “Salon Series @ The Brenton Hotel” is held every Thursday night from 5:00 to 7:00 and highlights a different artist or gallery.

The scene of the world has not changed much from 2023/2024. This includes the weather and the issues with the waters on the planet. We love our planet so much and love the water! Therefore, again, this year, we want to focus again on water. The flooding continues and the inches of water rise. Being next to the bay in Newport, watching the old homes get taller, as they are lifted, we can see the reality of water rising.

Join us for the 2nd Friday of April for a Floral Feast of Art! There will of course be a wine tasting as well. The art will be focused on florals - a feast for the senses!

This art show features the work of Gallery Sitka Artists, Beth Barry, Ruth LaGue and newly represented artist Veronica Lawlor. We look forward to seeing the work and seeing you!

Join us for the 2nd. Friday of May to celebrate art surrounding the topic of family. This will feature works relating to moms, motherhood and family. There will of course be a wine tasting as well. It is a great event to bring the whole family to!
