Statement:

“The Birth of an Idea” is a large-scale abstract series of artworks that transforms painted silk cocoons into luminous, circular compositions, balancing the tension between emergence and quietude. Reduction to essential form allows color to act as a direct emotional language, evoking introspective and transcendent states.

Resonating with the meditative possibilities of color field painting, these “contemporary Rothkos” create spatial and emotional tension, drawing viewers into a sustained perceptual encounter.

The artworks become immersive experiences: fields where color, form, and silence converge, revealing subtle forces of transformation, presence, and interconnectedness.
