Newport Wine Cellar 5 Merton Rd, Newport, RI, United StatesSusan M. Wadsworth’s specialty is modern abstraction, inspired by where she lives and visits. A retired Fitchburg State professor, Susan taught studio art and art history; presented over three dozen papers; and published over one hundred art reviews. In her work, she has been inspired by landscapes, especially the rolling hills of New England; at first, focusing on small shapes then broader landscapes.
