The prints, “Grace Cove”, “Concerto #1”, and “Crossing” were a part of a two-person exhibition called “THREADS” at the Sandra Phillips Gallery in Denver, CO.

Barbara Groh’s art was inspired by and has a direct connection to Earth, Water, and Air in her choices of medium and expressions. Location, experience, and phenomena all thread together for this body of work.

The prints were created in Helsingborg, Sweden at the Arnesson Print Studio. Peter Arnesson is a master printer, and an accomplished painter and musician.

The Theme “threads” and her life near the Swedish sea and visits to Block Island, NY, have inspired the imagery and texture of the prints. Once again, exposure to the geology of landscape and history creates her visual language.
